Maja Flink
Swedish photographer Maja Flink has pursued her “Generations” project capturing family portraits of mothers and daughters, fathers and sons, for over 15 years.
Designed by us, Generations was published in 2021, compiling a selection of portraits from the Nordic countries. The photos themselves adhere to a strict typology, with their own emotionally austere atmosphere, so our design choices were aimed to bring an element of warmth to the overall framework, with a subtle nod to the traditional family photo album.
